1. Definitions & Introduction

These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gbja platform and its users. In this document, "gbja", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the gbja.lat website and its associated services. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who is registered on or intending to register on this platform.

gbja is committed to providing a safe and reliable online gaming environment for Bangladeshi users. Our platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles. Accessing the platform or using any of its services means you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and gaming services on gbja are available only to persons aged 21 or older. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If gbja detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to close the multiple accounts and seize the associated funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, phone number, date of birth, and payment details — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. gbja may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Your password should not be shared with any third party or written down.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected] or let us know via live chat.

gbja will never ask for your password by email or chat. Stay alert to phishing attempts and report any suspicious messages to us.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

gbja supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and gbja will not be responsible for them.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Normal Withdrawal Time: 5 to 30 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal request, gbja will confirm that the wagering requirements for any associated bonus have been met. The payment account used for withdrawal must belong to the user and must match the account used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Verification

For large transactions, or when the system detects suspicious activity, gbja may request additional identity verification. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until this process is completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gbja offers new users a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳22,500 worth of bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games.
• While a bonus is active, bet sizes must remain within the limits set by gbja.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred to another account.

5.4 Changes to Promotion Terms

gbja reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotional offer. Notice will be provided on the platform before any changes take effect.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on gbja are operated by independent software providers and follow fair play principles. The following rules apply when participating in casino games, sports betting, and live gaming sessions:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are available in the game interface.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to the server record.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the situation will be handled in accordance with gbja's betting policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbja platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently or abusing the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
• Any attempt to interfere with gbja's systems or security.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, gbja may close the relevant account and seize the balance without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by gbja

gbja reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account due to breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security reasons. Whether the balance is refundable upon permanent closure will be determined based on the nature of the violation.

8.2 Closure Request by the User

Any user may request closure of their own account. To do so, send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat. It is recommended that you withdraw any eligible remaining balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, gbja may archive the account after providing prior notice. Contact the support team for more details on the definition of inactivity and the related policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The gbja platform is provided on an "as is" basis. gbja will not accept responsibility for losses in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is affected by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to disruptions in third-party payment gateways or mobile wallet services.
• If account information is compromised as a result of the user's own negligence.
• If personal expectations regarding game outcomes are not met.

gbja's maximum liability for any loss will be limited to the amount of the user's relevant transaction.
